活血化瘀利水汤治疗挫伤性前房积血继发性青光眼疗效及对患者视力状况影响的研究

Effect of Huoxue Huayu Lishui decoction on secondary glaucoma due to contusion hyphema and its influence on vision condition

目的:探究活血化瘀利水汤治疗挫伤性前房积血继发性青光眼的效果及对患者视力状况的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的132例(136只眼)患者,采用随机数字表法将他们分为两组,给予对照组患者活血化瘀治疗,研究组患者则在对照组基础上给予活血化瘀利水汤。观察比较两组患者的临床治愈效果、治疗前后的视力状况,以及痊愈的时间和治疗前后眼压的情况。结果:研究组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的BCVA水平和眼压水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者的BCVA水平和眼压水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者痊愈的时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀利水汤治疗挫伤性前房积血继发性青光眼患者,不仅具有良好的治疗效果,还可以改善患者的视力水平和眼压水平,缩短伤眼的痊愈时间。

Objective：To explore the effect of Huoxue Huayu Lishui decoction on secondary glaucoma due to contusion hyphema and its influence on vision. Methods： A retrospective analysis of 132 cases （136 eyes） treated in our hospital were divided into two groups by random digital expression. The patients in the control group were treated with blood circulation and blood stasis treatment. The patients in the study group were given blood circulation and removing blood stasis decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical cure effect, the visual acuity before and after treatment, the time of recovery and the intraocular pressure before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The treatment effect of the patients in the study group was obviously better than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the level of BCVA and IOP level between the two groups before the treatment （ P 〉0.05）. The level of BCVA and the intraocular pressure of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）, and the time of recovery of the patients in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huoxue Huayu Lishui decoction in the treatment of traumatic hyphema secondary glaucoma patients, not only has a good treatment effect, but also can improve the level of visual acuity and intraocular pressure, shorten the recovery time of the eye, and should be further popularized and applied in clinical.
