长链非编码RNA与骨关节病的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 骨关节病是以关节软骨退行性病变、关节内滑膜炎症以及周围关节和软骨下骨改变为主要特征的一种疾病。骨关节病以软骨细胞减少和细胞外基质降解为主要病理改变,进而累及滑膜和关节软骨下骨板,并伴有骨赘形成,导致一系列关节症状和体征。现代医学研究表明,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)对骨关节病的病理变化以及发生、发展起到一定的调控作用。文中就lncRNA与骨关节病的研究进展作一综述。 Osteoarthrosis is a disease characterized by degeneration of articular cartilage, inflammation of the synovial membrane in the joint, and changes of the surrounding joints and subchondral bone. The main pathologic changes of osteoarthrosis are ehondrocytes reduction and extracellular matrix degradation, which then affect the synovial membrane and articular cartilage bone plate accompanied by osteophyte formation, lead to a series of joint symptoms and signs. Modem medical research shows that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays a certain role in the pathogenesis and development of osteoarthrosis. In this paper, the advances in the study of lncRNA and osteoarthrosis are reviewed.
