摘要
在印制电路板产品中,调整阻抗线是工程CAM阶段中的一个重要的环节,目前公司作业方式是在CAM系统中手动去挑选需调整的阻抗线再调整线宽。工作效率非常低。文章对阻抗线调整作业流程及自动化需求进行了分析,重点阐述了阻抗线自动调整原理及检测原理。
In primed circuit board production, adjusting the impedance line is an important step in the engineering CAM stage. At present, the operation method of the company is to manually select the impedance line and adjust the line width in the Genesis system. The working efficiency is very low. In this paper, the operation process and automation requirement of impedance line adjustment are analyzed, the principle of automatic adjustment and detection of impedance line are emphasized.
