国产打印技术实现中国加成法绿色智造

摘要 采用加成法打印的方式制作印制线路板是未来行业趋势。但目前打印法仍存在较多问题,以字符生产为例,字符打印是近年来增长比较快的方法。它节省了字符网版的制作成本,大大缩短了生产周期以及减轻工具保存的库存压力。但字符打印机的价格比普通丝印机高、且字符打印油墨在以重量计价的价格时远远高于普通字符油墨的价格,使得字符打印工艺并没有能够全面取代普通的丝印字符工艺。而字符打印油墨是一种名符其实的高科技产品,目前只有一家公司(外资企业)市场占有独大的局面,要突破这种瓶颈,字符打印油墨国产化是必经之路。文章从字符打印的工艺原理、油墨配方开发、性能测试对比、使用成本分析等方面,以及从字符打印未来的发展趋势分析,全面论述国产字符打印油墨产业化使用的可行性。以推动各工厂使用国产产品,为后续实现阻焊及线路图形打印(加成法)生产奠定基础,实现中国绿色制造。 It's a trend in the future to produce the PCB by additive-process printing, but there are still many problems in the printing method. In the case of legend production, legend printing is a fast growth method in recent years. It saves the production cost of the legend net plate, greatly shortens the production cycle time and reduces the storage pressure saved by the tool. But the price of the legend printer is higher than that of the ordinary screen printer, and the legend printing ink is higher than the ordinary legend ink by the price of the weight, so that the legend printing process has not completely replaced the ordinary silk screen legend process. Legend printing ink is a real high-tech product. At present only one company (foreign enterprise) occupies market by a unique situation. To break through this bottleneck, the localization of legend printing ink is the only way. In this paper, the feasibility of the industrialization of Chinese legend printing ink is discussed from the aspects of the technology principle of legend printing, the development of ink formula, the comparison of performance test and the cost analysis, in order to promote the use of domestic products in various factories and lay the foundation for the subsequent realization of the production of solder mask and circuit patten by printing (Additive-Process,) production to realize the green manufacturing in China.
