摘要
高速印制板的单通道信号传输速率将达到(25-56)Gbps,出于高速信号传输稳定性的控制需求,传输线的线宽精度需控制±(10-15)μm。现有的印制板自动光学检测设备无法实现对水金板镍金层下的线宽精度的检测。而对于有水金表面处理的高速产品线宽精度的控制则需其它辅助手段。文章通过建立预测模型的方式辅助高速产品外层线宽精度控制。并进行小批量生产板验证与修正,为精细化生产控制提供可参考依据。
The single channel signal transmission rate of the printed board will reach (25-56) Gbps Due to the control requirement of high-speed signal transmission stability, the line width accuracy of the transmission line needs to be controlled within (10-15) μm. The existing automatic optical detection equipment for printed boards cannot detect the line width accuracy under the nickel-gold layer of the gold-water board, while other auxiliary methods are needed to control the line width accuracy of high-speed products with gold-water surface treatment. The article assists the precision control of the outer line width of high-speed products by establishing a prediction model, and verifies and corrects the small batch production board, which provides a reference for the fine production control.
