阻焊低压喷涂是一种高效率、低成本和高质量的绿色生产工艺，具有油墨厚度均匀、致密、无色差等特点。文章简述了阻焊低压喷涂工艺的技术原理，分别从油墨性能、低压喷涂工艺参数、IR（红外线）预烤隧道炉工艺参数等关键技术研究与实验。获得阻焊低压喷涂的最佳工艺技术参数。

Low-pressure spraying is a high efficiency, low cost and high quality green production process, with ink thickness uniformity, density, colorless and other characteristics. This article briefly describes the technical principle of low-pressure spray technology, respectively from the ink performance, low-pressure spraying process parameters, key technology such as IR pre baking tunnel furnace process parameters research and experiment, and obtains the optimal process technology for low-pressure spray parameters.
