两孔定位技术与低成本无人化钻孔智造研究

摘要 钻孔过程的上、下操作,以及采用两孔定位钻孔技术的打销钉、包胶、退销钉、退包胶等工作对人的依赖度极高,如何实现可行的无人化自动化作业,用低成本的手段实现智能制造的同时还降低企业成本、提高质量水平,是业界一直以来的追求,这将极大推动中国印制线路板智能制造水平的发展,其中的核心技术就是两孔定位钻孔技术。本文介绍两孔定位技术在单双面板、多层板、HDI板等产品如何应用。如何在不同新老钻孔设备、以及不同品牌钻孔设备上使用并且获得可靠的精度,对应的辅助流程如何规划和设计从而获得低成本和短的投资回报周期,如何和整个工厂连接成一个完整匹配的且具有竞争力的智能化系统,供业界参考。 The upper and lower operations in the drilling process, and the work such as pinning, encapsulation, pin withdrawal and encapsulation by using two-hole positioning drilling technology are highly dependent on people. How to realize feasible unmanned automatic operation, and how to realize intelligent manufacturing by low-cost means, at the same time, reduce enterprise cost and improve quality level, has been the pursuit of the industry for a long time, which will greatly promote the development of the intelligent manufacturing level of Chinese printed circuit boards, among which the core technology is two- hole positioning drilling technology. This paper introduces how to apply the two-hole positioning technology in single-sided board, multilayer board, HDI board and other products, how to use it in different new and old drilling equipment and different brand drilling equipment and get reliable accuracy, how to plan and design the corresponding auxiliary flow so as to obtain low cost and short investment return period, and how to connect with the whole factory into a complete matching and competitive intelligent system, which can be referred by the industry.
