摘要
新能源汽车由于功能特殊性,除了对挠性电路板外观、尺寸和机械与电气性能要求外.还需要经受一系列的可靠性试验。电动电池是新能源汽车的关键部件,其中电动电池质量安全的一个关键要素就是挠性电路板的熔断线(保险丝)质量。当电路中有接地、短路和过载的情况发生时.熔断线会熔断,自动切断电源,以保障整个电路的安全。文章主要是以挠性电路板熔断线的设计为研究对象,探讨在不同条件下,满足熔断线的最佳线路设计方案。
In addition to the requirements for the appearance, size and mechanical and electrical performance of the flexible circuit board, new energy vehicles need to undergo a series of reliability tests. The electric battery is the key component of the new energy vehicle. One of the key elements of the quality safety of the electric battery is the fuse line (fuse) quality of the flexible circuit board. This paper takes the design of fusing circuit of flexible circuit board as the research object, and discusses the best line design plan to meet fuses under different conditions.
