辽金使者身故于宋相关礼节探讨

A probe into the relative etiquette of the Liao and Jin ambassadors who died in the Song Dynasty

元祐三年(1088)、元祐七年(1092)、绍兴八年(1138)辽金出使宋朝的使团中皆有使节身故于宋境,《奉使辽金行程录》中《吕希绩等接送伴使语录三篇》一文详细记载了宋廷对这三起事件的处理及其丧葬礼节。大体上说,宋方对身故使者的礼节较高,超过常规,往往引起皇帝关切,传递出宋人对北朝友好关系维护的意愿。

In 1088, 1092 and 1138, there were envoys who died in the territory of the Song Dynasty in the missions of Liao and Jin. In three quotations from Lv Xiji of the Book of the Itinerary of the Envoys of Liao and Jin, there are detailed records of the imperial court of Song handling of these three incidents and their funeral rituals are given in detail. Generally speaking, the Song Dynasty had a higher courtesy for its deceased emissaries than usual, which often aroused the emperor＇s concern and conveyed the Song people＇s willingness to maintain friendly relations with the Northern Dynasty.
