3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线在全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用

Application of 3+9×0. 22+0. 15HT Steel Cord in Carcass of Light Truck and Bus Radial Tire

研究3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线在全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,与3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线相比,3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线具有直径小、渗胶性能好和耐磨损等特点,以其替代3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线用于7.00R16LT 14PR全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸基本不变,耐久性能、高速性能、强度性能和胎圈耐久性能均有较大提高,胎体质量大幅减小,成本降低,轮胎使用寿命延长。

The application of 3＋9×0. 22＋0. 15 HT steel cord to replace 3＋9＋15×0. 175＋0. 15 steel cord in the carcass of light truck and bus radial tire was studied. The results showed that,compared with 3＋9＋15×0. 175＋0.15 steel cord,3 ＋ 9×0. 22 ＋ 0. 15 HT steel cord had smaller diameter,better rubber penetration and wear resistance. With the steel cord replacement in the carcass of 7. 00R16LT 14PR light truck and bus radial tire,the peripheral dimension of the finished tire changed little,the endurance performance,high speed performance,strength performance and bead endurance performance increased greatly,the weight of carcass decreased,the cost decreased,and the service life of the tire was extended.
