摘要
介绍265/35ZR18 97W XL半热熔赛车轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径639 mm,断面宽283 mm,行驶面宽度243.8 mm,行驶面弧度高8.5 mm,胎圈着合直径457.6 mm,胎圈着合宽度259 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.916,采用单导向花纹设计,花纹深度6 mm,花纹周节数23,花纹饱和度77.1%。施工设计:带束层采用2层3×0.30ST钢丝帘布,胎体采用1670dtex/2高模量低收缩聚酯帘布;采用一次法成型机成型,液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。
The design on 265/35ZR18 97W XL semi hot melt racing tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 639 mm, cross-sectional width 283 mm, width of running surface 243.8 mm,height of running surface 8.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 457.6 mm, bead width at rim seat 259 mm, maximum width position of cross-section (1-11/1-12) 0.916, single oriented pattern design for tread, pattern depth 6 mm, total number of pitches 23, and block/total ratio 77.1%. In construction design, the following processes were taken: 2 layers of 3 ~ 0.30ST steel cord for belt ply, 1670dtex/2 HMLS polyester cord for carcass ply; and using one stage building machine to build tire and hydraulic vulcanizing machine to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength, endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of the design and relative national standards.
