摘要 介绍7.50-16 8PR林业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径806 mm,断面宽194 mm,行驶面宽度180 mm,行驶面弧高度8 mm,胎圈着合直径405 mm,胎圈着合宽度152 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.798,花纹深度16.5 mm,花纹饱和度72%,花纹周节数26。施工设计:胎面采用双复合挤出工艺,胎体采用4层1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用胶囊反包成型机成型、液压式B型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能符合设计和国家标准要求。 The design on 7.50-- 16 8PR forest tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 806 mm, cross-sectional width 194 mm, width of running surface 180 ram, arc height of running surface 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 405 mm,bead width at rim seat 152 mm, maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2 ) O. 798, pattern depth 16.5 mm, block/total ratio 72%,and number of pattern pitches 26. In construction design,the following processes were taken: co-extruded tread, 4 layers of 1400dtex/3 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass, using bladder turn-up building machine to build tire and hydraulic B type vulcanizing machine to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength, endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of the design and national standard.
