摘要
工件表面的织构具有显著的减摩、降磨和较好的润滑效果。综述分析了表面织构加工所用的激光器种类、表面织构的材料去除机理、表面形貌及其分布特点、应用领域及减摩降磨机理,并指出了今后的研究方向。
The existence of the surface texture in the workpiece has a significant effect on friction and wear reduction and a nice effect on lubrication improvement. The types of laser used in surface texture processing, the mechanism of materi- al removal, the texture morphology and distribution characteristics, the industry application and the mechanism of friction and wear reduction are reviewed. The future research direction is also pointed out.
