摘要
针对产品的非圆曲线轮廓加工,提出一种曲线逼近搜索算法,可使非圆曲线转化成大量最佳逼近点构成的直线。开发了数控机床自动编程系统,集成了曲线逼近加工策略,生成的NC代码可应用于多系统数控机床,提高了复杂产品的加工效率和精度。
A non-circular curve approximation search algorithm is proposed for processing of the products,which can transform the non-circular curve into a large number of best approximating points. An automatic NC programming system has been developed,which integrates the non-circular curve approximation machining strategy. The NC code can be used in multi-system CNC machine tools, and can improve the efficiency and accuracy of complex products processing.
