摘要
借鉴多维测头的测量原理,提出基于一维测头与标准球的数控机床几何误差机载测量系统。结合机载测头的测量方法,通过一维测头测量标准球5个测点。由于球心三维偏差引起的Z方向偏移,构建了基于五点测量法的球心三维偏差辨识模型。在自行搭建的测量平台上,通过对比预设的球心偏差与一维测头的实际测量值,以验证基于一维测头与标准球测量系统的正确性和有效性。
Drawing from the measurement principle of multi-dimensional probe, an on-machine CNC machine tool geometric error measurement system based on one-dimensional probe and standard ball are purposed. Meanwhile, combined with on-machine probe measurement methods, an identification model of the three-dimensional spherical center deviation are built by measuring the deviation of five points,which is caused by the three-dimensional deviation of the spherical center in z direction on the standard ball by a one-dimensional probe. Finally, on the measurement platform, the correctness and valid- ity of the measurement system based on the one-dimensional probe and the standard ball are verified by comparing with the preset spherical center deviation and the actual deviation from one-dimensional probe.
