基于SCADA系统的电容式电压互感器在线监测方法研究 被引量:10

摘要 作为电力系统保护及信号测量的重要设备,在电力系统中得到了广泛应用。本文首先分析了电容式电压互感器常见故障与二次电压的关系,并基于SCADA系统中采集和存储的CVT电压数据,提出了四种CVT状态异常的判别方法。在此基础上,设计并实现了基于SCADA系统的CVT在线监测系统,实现了在不增加一次系统的硬件投入的情况下,仅利用SCADA系统数据,即可及时发现CVT的运行故障,避免了CVT故障的加剧发展,提高了电力系统运行的可靠性。 As an important equipment providing signals for power system protection and measurement, capacitor voltage transformer(CVT) has been widely used in power systems. Firstly, the relationship between the common faults of capacitor voltage transformer and the secondary voltage is analyzed. Based on the secondary voltage of CVT from SCADA system, four discriminating methods for CVT state anomalies are proposed. Then, an online monitoring method for the capacitive voltage transformer based on SCADA system is developed. The running fault of the CVT could be find out by using the SCADA data only without extra cost. It could preyent fault deterioration, so as to increase power system stability.
