摘要
随着国民经济的高速发展,我国工矿企业等国民经济生产单位对电能和热能的需求量正在迅猛地增长,这促使重要国民经济生产单位使用的大型煤粉锅炉日益增多。具体的应用迫切要求火焰检测装置不仅能可靠地判定出火焰是否存在,而且能够提供火焰燃烧稳定度的定性定量分析结果。本文首先对火焰的物理特性进行了分析,使用傅里叶变换、短时傅里叶变换和小波变换等多种分析方法对采样的火焰数据进行分析和对比,并结合硬件处理平台分析这几种分析方法在判定火焰存在及火焰燃烧质量方面的优缺点,以确定具备较好效能的信息提取方法。
With the high-speed development of national economy, the demand for electricity and heat energy is growing rapidly. The important national economic production unit using coal fired boiler incrementally. The application urgently requires that the flame detection device can not only determine the existence of flame reliably, but also provide the quantitative analysis results. This paper first analyzes the physical properties of the flame, then use Fourier transform, short-time Fourier transform and wavelet transform analysis method to analyze and compare data. Combined with the analysis of specific hardware processing platform and the analysis methods to determine the information extraction method with better efficiency.
