The design of property management system based on JAVA technology

物业管理行业客户众多、事物繁杂、覆盖面广的特点,给管理工作带来了困难。针对这些问题,建立一个基于数字化的管理系统,整合各种资源,并提升社区的物业管理水平,是各个物业公司必须考虑的问题。文中从物业管理的实际需求出发,通过JAVA编程语言,在Windows操作系统上,利用Eclipse平台和Oracle Database数据库,设计一套物业管理系统。该系统实现了用户的综合管理,主要包括收费管理、家政服务、水电管理、维修管理和投诉管理等内容。同时实现了小区用户各项基本信息的登记、修改、查询,从而能够高效、快速地实现对用户信息的管理,减少了物业管理人员的劳动强度,且提高了企业的管理水平和市场竞争力。

The property management industry has many customers, complicated things and wide coverage, which has brought difficulties to management. To solve these problems, it is a matter for every property company to establish a digitalized management system, integrate all kinds of resources and improve the level of community property management. This paper designs a set of property management system based on JAVA programming language and Eclipse platform and Oracle Database on Windows operation system. The system has realized the comprehensive management of the users, mainly including charge management, domestic service, water and electricity management, maintenance manage- ment and complaint management. At the same time, the system achieved the registration, modification and query of bas- ic information of residential users, so that we can efficiently and quickly manage user information, reduce the labor in- tensity of property management staff,and improve the management level and market competitiveness of enterprises.
