电网供电负荷均衡调度一体化智能指挥平台设计 被引量:7

Design of integrated intelligent command platform for power grid load balancing dispatching

摘要 传统的指挥平台在指挥电网供电负荷时工作过程消耗大量时间,且调度时下发的指挥指令缺少实际工作效果。为了解决此问题,基于智能技术设计了一种新的电网供电负荷均衡调度一体化指挥平台,采用单行传递结构和双相辅助结构设计了智能指挥平台架构,介绍了工作流程,共分为工作申请采集、信息设备以及用电信号输送三步。与传统平台进行对比,设计了对比实验,结果可知,所设计的指挥平台具有很高的智能性,在短时间内下发有效指令,使电网用电负荷达到均衡的调度。 The traditional command platform takes a lot of time to command the power supply load of the power grid, and the command instruction that is dispatcher is short of actual work effect. In order to solve this problem, a new integrated command platform for load balancing dispatching of power grid is designed based on intelligent technology. The structure of intelligent command platform is designed by using single line transfer structure and dual phase auxiliary structure. The work flow is introduced, which are divided into three steps:work application acquisition, information equipment and electrical signal transmission. Compared with the traditional platform, the contrastive experiment is designed. The result shows that the designed command platform has high intelligence, and it sends effective instructions in a short time, so that the power load of the power grid can reach a balanced scheduling.
