摘要
为提高铁路路基变形自动监测系统远程自动控制性能,进行路基变形远程自动监测方法优化设计,提出一种基于远程自动控制的铁路路基监测方法。系统采用上位机、下位机联动监测控制方法,进行监测系统的总体设计和功能模块分析,铁路路基变形自动监测系统主要由路基变形信息的AD采集模块、远程自动控制模块、人机交互模块和信息处理模块组成。在ARM嵌入式微处理器环境下进行铁路路基变形自动监测系统远程自动控制设计,结合总线控制技术进行变形监测的人机交互和接口设计,采用模块化设计方法实现远程操作下铁路路基变形自动监测系统的硬件集成设计。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行远程操作下铁路路基变形自动监测的准确性较好,路基变形信息的反馈能力较强。
In order to improve the remote automatic control performance of railway subgrade deformation automatic monitoring system and optimize the design of subgrade deformation remote automatic monitoring method, a railway roadbed monitoring method based on remote automatic control is put forward. The upper computer is used in the system. The general design and function module analysis of the monitoring system are carried out. The automatic monitoring system of railway subgrade deformation mainly includes AD acquisition module of roadbed deformation information and remote automatic control module. The design of remote automatic control of railway subgrade deformation automatic monitoring system under the environment of ARM embedded microprocessor and the design of man-machine interaction and interface of deformation monitoring based on bus control technology are carried out. The modular design method is used to realize the hardware integration design of the railway subgrade deformation automatic monitoring system under the remote operation. The test results show that the method is more accurate for the railway subgrade deformation automatic monitoring under the remote operation. The feedback ability of roadbed deformation information is strong.
