为提高智能电网数据管理能力,实现电网数据的智能调度和管理,进行智能电网数据管理系统的优化构建设计,提出基于业务数据地图下智能电网数据管理系统构建方法,采用嵌入式ARM进行智能电网数据管理系统的云计算软件内核开发,采用业务数据地图构建智能电网数据管理系统的数据库,为智能电网数据管理系统提供原始数据输入,采用基础硬件层、业务层和输出应用层的三层体系结构构建智能电网数据管理系统的同步协议。在复合RTCP分组链路层中发送和接受电网统计数据,采用脉冲编码调制技术实现智能电网数据的集成管理和调度,在业务数据地图下实现电网数据的智能调度和访问控制,在Sip协议栈下实现智能电网数据管理系统的软件开发设计。系统测试结果表明,采用该系统进行智能电网数据管理的集成性较好,数据的传递性能较好,具有很好的电网数据管理和调度能力。

In order to improve the smart grid data management ability, realize the intelligent dispatch and management of the grid data, carry on the optimization construction design of the smart grid data management system, this paper presents a method of constructing smart grid data management system based on business data map, and uses embedded ARM to develop cloud computing software kernel of smart grid data management system. The database of smart grid data management system is constructed by using business data map ,which provides raw data input for smart grid data management system, and adopts basic hardware layer. The three-layer architecture of the service layer and the output application layer constructs the synchronization protocol of the smart grid data management system, and transmits and receives the grid statistical data in the composite RTCP packet link layer. The integrated management and dispatch of smart grid data are realized by using pulse coding modulation technology, and the intelligent dispatch and access control of power grid data are realized under the service data map. The software development and design of smart grid data management system based on Sip protocol stack are realized. The system test results show that the system has better integration and better data transfer performance for smart grid data management. Good power grid data management and dispatching capability.
