摘要
"蛟龙"号与"深海勇士"号载人潜水器均使用钛合金作为载人舱的耐压结构材料,而俄罗斯"和平"号载人潜水器使用马氏体镍钢材料设计与制造载人舱及其他耐压罐体。对于这种超高强度钢用于载人舱的设计制造,国内尚无应用经验。文章对马氏体镍钢载人舱的结构设计、结构计算和规范适用性进行研究,总结马氏体镍钢用于载人潜水器耐压结构设计与计算的经验,以期推进马氏体镍钢在我国深海装备领域的应用。
The manned cabin of Chinese manned submersibles "Jiao long" and "Shen Hai Yong Shi" were made of Titanium alloy, however, the Russian "Mir" manned submersible uniquely used maraging steel in the design and manufacture of manned cabin and other pressure withstanding tank. There is little experience for the type steel used in the design and manufacture for manned cabin in China. The design, calculation and applicability of ship society rules for manned cabin of Mir submersible are researched, and the maraging steel usage experience for manned cabin is summarized. It is aimed for promoting Maraging steel usage in the deep-ocean submersible in China.
