摘要
通过哲学反思探究智慧城市的概念内涵及建设目标:首先,通过智慧城市观点的综合解析和建设现状的整体审视廓清智慧城市的基本理路;其次,通过城市发展的历史分析为智慧城市的性质奠定历史基础;最后,探索智慧城市的发展目标及至人类共同体的命运,奠基并启示未来城市发展方向。
Exploring the conceptual connotation and construction goals of the smart city through philosophical reflection： Firstly,through the comprehensive analysis of the smart city viewpoint and the overall review of the construction status,we clear up the basic way of thinking of the smart city. Secondly,through the historical analysis of the city development,we laid the historic foundation for the nature of the smart city; finally,through the exploring of the development goal of the smart city and the fate of the human community,lay the foundation and inspire the future direction of the city development.
