摘要 本文为了研究聚苯硫醚生产废水资源化利用技术,采用了实验论证的研究方式,运用Fenton试剂来处理硫醚(PPS)生产废水,在对废水处理效果的分析上考虑到了双氧水和硫酸亚铁加入量、反应温度与反应时间等影响因素。实验结果显示,最佳的生产工艺环境是温度条件70℃,将双氧水与COD质量比设置为5∶1,将亚铁离子与双氧水物质的量比设置为1∶20,同时实验中的反应时间是1小时。得到的TOC出水≤120mg/L,Fe质量浓度在3.3mg/L,符合国家对工业废水的处理要求,可以隔膜电解进槽盐水。实验显示运用Fenton试剂来处理硫醚(PPS)生产废水取得了良好的废水处理效果。 In order to study the resources utilization technology of wastewater from polyphenylene sulfde production, this paper adopts the research method of experimental demonstration, and uses Fenton reagent to treat polyphenylene sulfde (PPS) production wastewater. In the analysis of wastewater treatment effect, factors such as the amount of hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate, reaction temperature and reaction time are considered. The experimental results show that the optimal production process environment is 70℃, the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide to COD is set to 5:1, the mass ratio of ferrous ions to hydrogen peroxide is set to 1:20, and the reaction time in the experiment is 1 hour. The TOC effuent is less than or equal to 120 mg/L and the Fe concentration is 3.3 mg/L, which meets the national requirements for industrial wastewater treatment and can be electrolyzed into brine by membrane electrolysis. Experiments show that Fenton reagent has achieved good results in treating polyphenylene sulfde (PPS) production wastewater.
