摘要
以四甲基哌啶醇为原料,水作溶剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,催化氧化合成4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氮氧自由基。通过对反应温度、反应时间、催化剂的种类、四甲基哌啶醇的量、过氧化氢的量、催化剂的量的筛选确定了最佳反应条件:以乙二胺四乙酸为催化剂,催化剂质量浓度为0.02%,四甲基哌啶醇质量浓度为16%、双氧水质量浓度为8%、反应温度为60℃,反应时间8h,最高收率为94%。
Using tetramethylpiperidine as raw material, water as solvent and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethy- lpiperidine nitroxide radical was synthesized by catalytic oxidation. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by screening reaction temperature, reaction time, type of catalyst, amount of tetramethylpiperidine, amount of hydrogen peroxide and amount of catalyst: ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid was used as catalyst, the mass concentration of catalyst was 0.02%, tetramethylpiperidine was 16%, hydrogen peroxide was 8%, reaction temperature was 60℃, reaction time was 8h, and the highest yield was 94%.
