在大型工程项目建造过程中,离不开对吊装设备的使用,尤其是在进行重大吊装作业时,严谨的吊装方案以及合理的资源调配是保证吊装工作顺利进行的关键因素。因此,做好吊机资源的使用与规划对于工程建造公司来说是尤为重要的。本文通过工程项目建造过程中对吊机资源的使用情况,同时结合自身工作经验,对该资源的规划及使用进行了分析,并提出相应方案建议。

During the construction of large-scale engineering projects, the use of hoisting equipment is indispensable, especially when carrying out major hoisting operations, strict hoisting scheme and reasonable resource allocation are the key factors to ensure the smooth progress of hoisting work. Therefore, it is particularly important for engineering construction companies to make good use and planning of crane resources. This paper analyzes the planning and use of crane resources in the construction process of the project and her own work experience, and puts forward corresponding proposals.
