随着我国经济的快速发展,海洋工程也迅猛向前。海洋工程作为海洋资源开发、利用、保护等重要途径,对于整个海洋的经济发展与体系的全面建设都有着重要的意义。通常来说,海洋资源涉及到诸多方面,包含空间利用、海洋资源等。为了有效保证海洋资源的合理利用与开发,本文就以海洋工程为主,着重探讨了海洋工程管理的特点和细节控制两个方面,为海洋资源的开发与利用构建良好地外部环境。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, marine engineering is also moving forward rapidly. As an important approach to the development, utilization and protection of marine resources, marine engineering is of great signifcance to the economic development of the whole ocean and the overall construction of the system. Generally speaking, marine resources involve many aspects, including space utilization and marine resources. In order to effectively ensure the rational utilization and development of marine resources, this paper taking the marine engineering as the main part, focusing on the characteristics and details control of marine engineering management to build a good external environment for the development and utilization of marine resources.
