鼻腔冲洗联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂对变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-5及骨桥蛋白的影响及疗效分析

Analysis on the Curative Effect of Nasal Irrigation Combined with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray in treatment of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis and the Influence on Serum IL-5 and Osteopontin

目的:分析鼻腔冲洗联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂对变应性鼻炎患者血清白细胞介素-5(IL-5)及骨桥蛋白(OPN)的影响及疗效。方法:将102例变应性鼻炎患者按抽签法分为对照组(n=51)与实验组(n=51),对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,实验组采用鼻腔冲洗联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂,比较两组IL-5、IL-10、IL-17、OPN,免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos),气道黏性阻力R5及R20,共振频率(Fres),体征及症状评分,疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后,实验组IL-5、IL-17、OPN、IgE、Eos、R5、R20、Fres低于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组IL-10高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组体征及症状评分、有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。比较两组不良反应无差异(P>0.05)。结论:鼻腔冲洗联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的安全性高,疗效肯定,可降低血清IL-5及骨桥蛋白水平。

Objective： To analyze the curative effect of nasal irrigation combined with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray in treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis and the influence on serum interleukin-5 （IL-5） and osteopontin （OPN）. Methods： 102 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into controlgroup （n = 51） and experimental group （n = 51） by lottery, the control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray, experimental group treated with nasal irrigation joint Mometasone Furoate Aqueous NasalSpray. IL-5, IL-10, IL-17, OPN, immunoglobulin-E （IgE）, eosinophil （Eos）, airway viscosity resistanceR5 and R20, resonance frequency （Fres）, signs and symptoms score, curative effect and adverse reactions oftwo groups were compared. Results： After treatment, the IL-5,IL-17, OPN, IgE, Eos, R5, R20, Fres OFexperimental group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The IL-10 of experimental group was higherthan the control group （P 〈0.05）. The signs and symptoms score, efficient of experimental group was betterthan that of control group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions was no differences between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The method of nasal irrigation combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray intreatment of patients with allergic rhinitis has high safety and curative effect. It can reduce the levels of serumIL- 5 and osteopontin.
