自拟清热消渴方治疗气阴两虚型消渴临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Clearing Heat and Eliminating Thirst Prescription in the Treatment of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin Consumptive Thirst

目的自拟清热消渴方治疗气阴两虚型消渴病患者的临床效果分析。方法选取2017年3月—2018年1月在辽阳市第二人民医院中医科就诊的80例气阴两虚型消渴病患者,随机分组,对照组40例依据西医糖尿病诊疗指南治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟清热消渴方治疗,比较2组患者的中医症候评分情况。结果试验组五心烦热、多食易饥、倦怠乏力、舌红苔白、口渴多饮的症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对于气阴两虚型消渴病患者使用自拟清热消渴方,可以明显改善患者临床症状,值得在临床推广。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of self-made clearing heat and eliminating thirst prescription in the treatment of deficiency of qi and yin consumptive thirst. Methods 80 cases of deficiency of qi and yin consumptive thirst patients in the Second People＇s Hospital of Liaoyang from March 2017 to January 2018 were randomized two groups. The control group of 40 used western medicine diabetes diagnosis and treatment guidelines. The experimental group 40 cases applied self-made clearing heat and eliminating thirst prescription on the basis of western medicine treating diabetes guidelines. The situation of TCM symptom score in two groups of patients was compared. Results Scores of five symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and there had statistically significant differences（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The use of clearing heat and eliminating thirst prescription can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with qi-yin deficiency and is worthy of clinical promotion.
