泽泻汤联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Zexie Decoction Combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in Treating Hypertension

目的研究泽泻汤联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2016年12月—2017年11月收治的80例高血压患者进行分组研究,依据随机偶数奇数法的分组方式分为2组,各组均为40例,对照组采用常规西药方法进行治疗,研究组在常规西药的治疗基础上采用泽泻汤联合半夏白术天麻汤进行治疗,比较治疗前后2组血压水平变化及临床治疗效果。结果对照组的治疗总有效率为82. 5%(33/40),其与研究组的治疗总有效率97. 5%(39/40)进行比较,研究组高于对照组,2组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);对照组与研究组经过治疗后的DBP、SBP均明显低于治疗前,且组间经比较,研究组低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论泽泻汤联合半夏白术天麻汤可有效降低高血压患者的血压水平,显著提高临床治疗效果,值得在临床中进一步推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Zexie decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in treating hypertension. Methods A total of 80 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random odd number method. There were 40 patients in each group. The control group used conventional western medicine. The study group was treated with Zexie decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on the basis of routine Western medicine treatment. The changes in blood pressure levels and clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 82. 5%（33/40）,which was lower than 97. 5%（39/40） in the study group. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the DBP and SBP of the study group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the comparison between the two groups was relatively lower. The study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Zexie decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients,significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,and is worthy of selection and further promotion in clinical practice.
