乌附麻辛桂姜汤加减治疗非特异性下腰痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wufu Maxin Guijiang Decoction in the Treatment of Non-specific Low Back Pain

目的探讨乌附麻辛桂姜汤加减治疗非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法根据随机数字表法将2016年2月—2018年2月90例非特异性下腰痛患者分成2组。对照组给予尼美舒利缓释片治疗,乌附麻辛桂姜汤组则给予尼美舒利缓释片联合乌附麻辛桂姜汤加减治疗。比较2组非特异性下腰痛治疗效果,疼痛消失时间,治疗前后患者腰痛评分、生活质量,治疗不良作用率。结果乌附麻辛桂姜汤组非特异性下腰痛治疗效果高于对照组,P <0. 05;乌附麻辛桂姜汤组疼痛消失时间优于对照组,P <0. 05;治疗前2组腰痛评分、生活质量相近,P> 0. 05;治疗后乌附麻辛桂姜汤组腰痛评分、生活质量优于对照组,P <0. 05。乌附麻辛桂姜汤组治疗不良作用率和对照组无明显差异,P> 0. 05。结论尼美舒利缓释片联合乌附麻辛桂姜汤加减治疗非特异性下腰痛的应用效果确切,可有效改善症状,缓解疼痛,改善生活质量,且无严重不良反应,安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wufu Maxin Guijiang decoction on non-specific low back pain. Methods 90 patients with nonspecific low back pain from February 2016 to February 2018 were divided into different groups. The control group was treated with nimesulide sustained release tablet,while the observation group was treated with nimesulide sustained release tablet combined with Wufu Maxin Guijiang decoction. The treatment effect of non-specific low back pain,the time of pain disappearance,the score of low back pain,the quality of life and the rate of side effects of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The pain disappearance time of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. The two groups had similar quality of life（P〈0. 05） before treatment,and the quality of life the observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0. 05） after treatment. There was no significant difference on side effect rate between the observation group and the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The nimesulide sustained release tablet combined with Wufu Maxin Guijiang decoction is effective in the treatment of non-specific low back pain. It can effectively improve symptoms,relieve pain and improve quality of life. There is no serious adverse reaction and it is safe and effective,which is worth popularizing and applying.
