麻杏定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Maxing Dingchuan Decoction in Treating Bronchial Asthma

目的分析麻杏定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法研究对象选自本院2016年8月—2018年3月收治的支气管哮喘患者98例,采用单双号法的分组方式分为2组,每组49例,对照组选用常规西医治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上选用麻杏定喘汤治疗,对2组治疗前后肺功能改善效果、临床疗效进行比较。结果 2组治疗后的FEV1均高于治疗前,PEF昼夜波动均低于治疗前,且组间进行比较,治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P <0. 05);对照组的治疗总有效率与治疗组的治疗总有效率比较发现,治疗组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论麻杏定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘可有效减轻临床症状,提高肺功能和治疗效果,可作为理想治疗方法进行积极推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Maxing Dingchuan decoction on bronchial asthma. Methods The study subjects were selected from 98 cases of bronchial asthma patients treated from August 2016 to March 2018 in this hospital. They were divided into two groups by single and double number method,with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Maxing Dingchuan decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment. The improvements of lung function and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared. Results The FEV1 after treatment in both groups was higher than before treatment. The day-night fluctuations of PEF were lower than before treatment. The comparison between groups was performed. The improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Maxing Dingchuan decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma can effectively reduce clinical symptoms,improve lung function and therapeutic effect,and can be actively promoted as an ideal treatment method.
