摘要 鉴于整体观念、治未病与复方用药似乎并非是中医药学所独有,辨证施治也因为其作用非特异性而不被很多人所重视。基于复杂性科学的理念,在对中西医药学整体观念、治未病与复方进行比较分析后发现,他们却确有不同,是由于二者的不同认识方法所决定与形成的。辨证施治——状态分析与处理是一种"多因素非线性分析与处理"的认识方法,不同于西医药学的"单因素线性分析与处理",是中医药学的最大特色与优势。转变科学观念,充分认识辨证施治在认识方法上的科学性与重要性,正确处理中西医药学关系,以促进中西医药学的进一步发展、完善与结合。 As the concept of wholism, prevention of disease and compound medicine does not seem to be unique to the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), and because of its nonspecific role, Bian Zheng Shi Zhi(diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition) are not paid attention to by many people, and after the comparative analyses between the concept of wholism, prevention of disease and compound medicine of TCM and the Western Medicine(WM) based on the complexity science, it was found that they are indeed different, and determined and formed by Bian Zheng Shi Zhi, e.g. conditional analysis and treatment, which is a multifactor nonlinear Analysis and treatment, and is different from the single factor linear analysis of WM and is the biggest characteristic and advantage of TCM. It should shift the scientific ideas and fully understand the scientific nature and importance of Bian Zheng Shi Zhi on means of Cognition, understand the relationships between TCM and WM correctly to promote the development, the perfect and the combination of TCM and WM.
