痰热清注射液对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期痰热壅肺证患者肠道微生物多样性的影响

Effects of Tanreqing Injection on Intestinal Microbiota Diversity in Patients of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with The Syndrome of Phlegm-heat Obstructing in The Lung

目的:观察西医常规治疗联合痰热清注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)痰热壅肺证患者肠道微生物多样性的影响。方法:将12例痰热壅肺证AECOPD患者按随机数字表法分为联合治疗组和对照组各6例,联合治疗组采用常规西医治疗联合痰热清注射液,对照组采用常规西医治疗。结果:联合治疗组在g__Enterobacter,g__Eubacterium,g__Eggerthella,f__Eubacteriaceae 4种菌群丰度上与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:痰热清注射液在改善患者COPD综合评估上有一定优势,可影响AECOPD痰热壅肺型患者的肠道微生物多样性,但这种改变与疾病改善关系还需进一步的深入研究。

Objective：To observe the effects of Tanreqing injection with regular western medicine treatment on intestinal microbiota diversity in patients of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD） with the syndrome of Phlegm-Heat Obstructing in the Lung.Methods：12 patients of AECOPD with the syndrome of Phlegm-Heat Obstructing in the Lung were randomly divided into joint treatment（JT） group and regular treatment（RT） group. Patients in JT group received the treatment of Tanreqing injection and regular western medicine, and patients in RT group received the treatment of regular western medicine. Results：Compared with RT group, the abundances of g__Enterobacter,g__Eubacterium,g__Eggerthella,f__Eubacteriaceae in JT group were much higher. Conclustion：Tanreqing injection had a certain advantage in improving the comprehensive assessment score of COPD. The JT treatment can affect intestinal microbial diversity of AECOPD patients with the syndrome of Phlegm-Heat Obstructing in the Lung, but the further study is necessary to find the relationship between the change of intestinal microbial diversity and AECOPD.
