李斌凉血潜阳法治疗寻常型银屑病组方规律分析

Analysis of Prescriptions Rules of Professor LI Bin in Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris by Cooling Blood and Activating Yang Mothod

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5)软件分析李斌教授采用凉血潜阳法治疗寻常型银屑病的组方用药规律。方法:收集2016年2月9日至2017年2月9日李斌教授治疗寻常型银屑病初诊医案100例,运用"中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)"分析药物使用频次、关联规则和提取核心药物组合等。结果:常见的相关临床症状为少汗、冬重夏轻、舌质红等。100份处方中涉及91味中药,以外科六号方(由珍珠母、生牡蛎、灵磁石等12味中药组成)、桂枝、生地黄、菝葜、茜草等,产生中药药对12组,新处方8张。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台在一定程度上揭示了其治疗寻常型银屑病的处方用药规律,有助于提高中医治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效,为总结名中医经验提供客观依据。

Objective： Based on the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform（V2.5） software, analyze the prescription of Professor LI Bin to treat psoriasis vulgaris with the method of cooling blood and activating Yang. Methods： Cases from February 9, 2016 February 9 th-2017 Professor LI Bin in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in newly diagnosed 100 cases, the use of ＂TCM inheritance auxiliary system（V2.5） analysis of drug use frequency, association rules, extracting core drug combination etc. Results： The common clinical symptoms were low sweating, heavy in winter and mild in summer, and red tongue. 100 prescriptions involved in 91 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine, surgery No. six（composed of 12 herbs, mother of pearl oysters, Magnetitum etc.）, Ramulus Cinnamomi, radix rehmanniae, Smilax, madder, produced in 12 groups of new Chinese medicine, 8 prescriptions. Conclusion： TCM inheritance auxiliary platform reveals the law of prescription drugs of Professor LI Bin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in a certain extent, help to improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, and provide objective basis for summarizing the experience of traditional Chinese medicine.
