老年性瓣膜退行性病变应用超声诊断的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超声在老年性瓣膜退行性病变临床诊断中的价值。方法选取本院2014年12月~2017年12月收治的老年性瓣膜退行性病变患者40例设为观察组,另选取同期来本院健康体检的40例患者设为对照组。两组患者均行超声检查,观察两组患者心脏瓣膜瓣环以及瓣叶检查参数情况,并分析观察组老年性瓣膜退行性病变患者疾病检出情况。结果观察组患者采用超声诊断检出率为97.50%,其中又以二尖瓣环钙化患者占比最高(35.00%)。观察组患者瓣环周长、瓣环投影面积、瓣环前外侧交界和后侧交界距离均高于对照组患者;观察组患者前叶瓣体面积、前叶从瓣根到对合线长度、后叶从瓣根到对合线长度均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性瓣膜退行性病变患者采用超声诊断准确性较高,能够及时的诊断疾病并判断疾病类型,为患者的临床治疗提供可靠的依据,值得在临床中推广使用。
