2018年7月,是傅德恩第四次来到北京.这次他前来中国,出任美国驻华使团副团长.这是他第四次开启在中国的历程,也是他再一次站在新时代背景下,为促进中美关系,鞠躬尽瘁的一段旅程.

Although the relationship between China and America has gone through many difficulties and transitions, the bilateral cooperation and exchanges in the field of education have been constantly strengthened. Robert W. Forden has made several trips between China and the United States, and brought valuable information and culture to China at the early stage.
