摘要
从草原生产力、牧民经济收入等方面,通过数据对比分析格尔木市草原生态保护补奖政策落实前后的变化以及社会效益等方面进行了效果评价,并对存在的问题提出相关的建议。
From the aspect of grassland productiVity and herdsmen′s economic income,through the data comparison and analysis changes before and after the implementation the award-allowance payment policy for natural grassland conservation and other aspects of the effectiveness evaluation on grassland in GolmUd City,and putforrward relevant suggestion in terms of problems existed.
