摘要
为更好地保证双层集装箱运输安全、提高车站作业效率,概述传统集装箱连接锁形式及缺陷,借鉴海运连接锁和铁路F-TR锁结构,研究设计S1Z型双层集装箱连接锁,并确定该锁的结构、尺寸、性能、材质等技术条件。理论分析和试验结果表明:S1Z型双层集装箱连接锁的结构、强度和锁闭性能满足铁路运输安全要求;在下层集装箱上的安装、拆卸操作简单,能防止锁头方向误装,上层集装箱装卸作业顺畅,能够适应现场作业要求;装、卸车各减少1次登车作业,自重减轻10.7%,降低了劳动强度,提高了装卸作业效率。
To guarantee the safety of the double-stack container transport and improve the operation efficiency of railway yard, this paper summarizes the forms and defects of traditional container connection locks, studies and designs S1 Z type double-deck container connection locks with reference to the structure of marine connection locks and railway F-TR locks, and confirms the structure, size, performance, material and other technical conditions of the locks. The theoretical analysis and experimental result show that the structure, strength and locking property of the S1 Z double-stack container lock can meet the railway transport safety requirements, the mounting and dismounting of the S1 Z lock on the lower container is operated easily, its structure can prevent mistakenly mounted and satisfy the field operation safety requirements, the boarding operation times of the S1 Z lock is reduced and its weight is decreased by 10.7% that lowered the labor intensity and improved the efficiency of loading and unloading.
