优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用

The application of high quality nursing care in pregnant women with eclampsia postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探讨优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用。方法:将2017年1月—2018年1月在我院妇产科治疗的70例妊高症产后出血产妇随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组产妇的产后出血量、血压变化、生活质量。结果:观察组护理后产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量明显少于对照组,观察组护理后收缩压和舒张压明显较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理后躯体疼痛、情感功能、社会功能、物质情况、总体健康等SF-36量表评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果显著,能有效减少产后出血量,促进血压恢复正常,改善产后生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective： To explore the application of high quality nursing care in pregnant women with eclampsia postpartum hemorrhage Methods： A total of 70 pregnant women with pre-eclampsia postpartum hemorrhage who were treated in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control groupreceived routine nursing, and the observation group received quality nursing. The postpartum blood loss, blood pressure changes and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results： The blood loss in the observation group 2h and 24h after care was signifcantly lower than that in the control group, and systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were signifcantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. SF-36 scale scores of body pain, emotional function, social function, material condition and overall health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, which was with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application efect of quality nursing in the nursing of pregnant women with eclampsia postpartum hemorrhage was remarkable, which could efectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage, promote the recovery of blood pressure and improve postpartum life quality, and was of positive clinical signifcance.
