中西医结合三联疗法治疗皮肤湿疹80例疗效观察

Clinical observation of Chinese and western medicine combined with triple therapy in treating 80 cases of skin eczema

目的:评价中西医联合三联疗法治疗皮肤湿疹的效果,为皮肤湿疹临床用药工作提供参考。方法:选择我院2015年10月-2016年10月收治的80例皮肤湿疹患者,以随机数字表法分为各40例的对照组、试验组。对照组皮肤湿疹患者接受氯雷他定治疗,试验组加行内服湿疹汤、外用自制搽剂治疗。对比两组皮肤湿疹患者治疗效果、平均显效时间、复发率情况以及治疗效果满意度。结果:组间治疗总有效率以及治疗效果总满意度对比,试验组均高于对照组,P <0.05。随访1年内,试验组无皮肤湿疹复发情况,对照组复发率为12.50%,P <0.05。组间平均显效时间对比,试验组所需时间明显短于对照组,P <0.05。结论:中西医结合三联疗法治疗皮肤湿疹整体效果明显优于单纯西药治疗,显效所需时间短、治疗效果好、患者满意度高、复发率低,具有联合应用推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the efcacy of combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of eczema of skin, and to provide reference for the clinical application of skin eczema. Methods： 80 cases of skin eczema patients treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected, and the random-digital table method was applied to divide the patients into the control group and the experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. In the control group, patients with eczema were treated with loratadine, and the experimental group was treated with Shizhen Decoction（湿疹汤）and external homemade liniment. The treatment efect, average time, recurrence rate and satisfaction of treatment were compared between two groups of patients with skin eczema. Results： The total efective rate and total satisfaction of the treatment were compared, the experimental group was better than the control group, P 〈0.05. During the follow-up of 1 year, there was no recurrence of skin eczema in the experimental group, and the recurrence rate in the control group was 12.50%, P 〈0.05. The mean time of the experimental group was signifcantly shorter than that of the control group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment combined with the triple therapy had more signifcant efect than pure western medicine in the treatment of skin eczema, the required time was short, and it had good treatment efect, the patient satisfaction was high, the recurrence rate was low, and it was of joint application promotion value.
