舒督通络方治疗脾肾阳虚型强直性脊柱炎临床研究

Clinical research on Shudu Tongluo Formula in treating ankylosing spondylitis of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type

目的:舒督通络方治疗脾肾阳虚型强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)的临床疗效。方法:将80例AS患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤(Methotrexatc,MTX),治疗组予以舒督通络方,连续服用3个月。试验终点时间为第3个月。在治疗前后测定患者的Bath AS功能指数(BASFI)、Bath AS活动指数(BASDAI)、疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analog scale,VAS)评分、晨僵时间、脊柱活动度、Harris评分、ESR、CRP指标等。结果:治疗后治疗组患者BASFI、BASDAI指数、VAS评分、晨僵时间、脊柱活动度、Harris评分、ESR、CRP指标较对照组改善较明显。结论:舒督通络方可以改善患者的临床症状、疼痛程度、晨僵时间,有效治疗脾肾阳虚型强直性脊柱炎。

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Shudu Tongluo formula treating ankylosing spondylitis（AS） of yang defciency of spleen and kidney type . Methods：There were 80 with AS patients randomly divided into the control group and treatment group. The control group was given methotrexatc（MTX）, and the treatment group was given Shudu Tongluo formula . The treatment lasted for 3 months. After the third month,the experiment was completed. Before and after treatment, determination of Bath AS functional index （BASFI） , Bath AS disease activity index （BASDAI）, visual analog scale （VAS） score, the duration of morning stiffness, spinal mobility, Hassis scale, ESR、CRP index, and so on. Results：After treatment, BASFI, BASDAI, VAS score, the duration of morning stifness, spine activity, Harris score, ESR and CRP index were better than those in the control group. Conclusion： Shudu Tongluo formula can improve the clinical symptoms, pain degree and the duration of morning stifness, and efectively treat ankylosing spondylitis of yang defciency of spleen and kidney type .
