子宫肌瘤患者围术期运用中医护理的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of perioperative use of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with uterine fibroids

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤患者围术期运用中医护理的效果。方法:选择我院妇科2016年8月-2018年1月收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者,随机划分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例,对照组运用常规护理,观察组运用围术期中医护理,分析不同护理后患者疼痛程度、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时长等情况。结果:在疼痛程度上,观察组疼痛程度显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);在下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时长上,观察组各项明显少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤患者围术期运用中医护理可以有效的减少疼痛感,加快术后恢复速度,患者接受度更好,有助于和谐护患关系的构建。

Objective： To investigate the efect of perioperative use of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with uterine fbroids.METHODS： A total of 100 patients with uterine fbroids who were admitted to our department between August 2016 and January 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 50 in each group. The control group was treated with routine care and the observation group was used. During the operation period, Chinese medicine nursing was used to analyze the degree of pain, the time of getting out of bed, the time of anus exhaust, and the duration of hospitalization after diferent care. Results： In the degree of pain, the degree of pain in the observation group was signifcantly lower than in the control group, P 〈 0.05; in the time of ambulation, anal exhaust time, length of stay, the observation group was signifcantly less than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Uterine fbroids in patients with perioperative use of traditional Chinese medicine can efectively reduce pain, speed up postoperative recovery, better patient acceptance, help build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
