成人心脏术后腹胀应用中医治疗及护理对策

TCM treatment and nursing countermeasures of adult postoperative abdominal distension

目的:探讨成人心脏术后腹胀应用中医治疗及护理对策。方法:将2017年1月—2018年1月在我院胸外科治疗的60例成人心脏术后腹胀患者随机分为两组,对照组采用穴位贴敷治疗,在此基础上观察组给予针对性护理措施,比较两组患者的临床疗效、胃肠功能恢复情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%(P <0.05);观察组腹胀缓解时间(18.95±3.28)h、肠鸣音出现时间(12.43±2.46)h、肠鸣音恢复时间(15.91±2.32)h、肛门排气时间(18.62±3.15)h、排便时间(22.54±3.83)h、住院时间(7.13±1.24)d与对照组(31.76±4.37)h、(21.75±3.83)h、(24.79±3.67)h、(33.48±5.36)h、(36.72±5.41)h、(10.63±2.06)d相比明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:成人心脏术后腹胀应用中医治疗及护理效果显著,能够发挥中医特点,内外结合,有效解除腹胀,促进胃肠道功能的早期恢复,提升患者术后生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the TCM treatment and nursing countermeasures of adult postoperative abdominal distension. Methods： 60 cases of adult patients with postoperative abdominal distension treated with thoracic surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with acupoint application. On this basis, the observation group was given targeted nursing measures, and the clinical efficacy and gastrointestinal function recovery of the two groups were compared. Results： The treatment efciency of the observation group was 96.67%, which was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. In the observation group, abdominal distension remission time （18.95±3.28） hours, ileus remission time （12.43±2.46） hours, ileus remission time （15.91±2.32） hours, anal exhaust time （18.62±3.15） hours, defecation time （22.54±3.83） hours, hospitalization time （7.13±1.24） d was signifcantly shorter than that of the control group, which was （31.76±4.37） hours, （24.75±3.67） hours, （33.48±5.67） hours, （36.72±5.41） hours, （10.63±2.06） days respectively and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment and nursing efect of adult postoperative abdominal distension with traditional Chinese medicine was remarkable, which could give play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, combine internal and external, efectively remove abdominal distension, promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function, and improve the postoperative life quality of patients, and it was of high positive clinical signifcance.
