摘要
装甲车辆传动装置换挡缓冲调压系统起着调控油压及确保换挡平稳的重要作用。目前,大多数研究人员只针对缓冲阀等易出现故障的部件进行分析研究,针对在换挡缓冲调压系统运行环境下出现故障的仿真研究很少。为了使得装甲车辆换挡平稳、降级故障发生几率并提出切实可行的解决措施,首次根据装甲车传动装置换挡缓冲调压系统的功能原理,利用AMESim软件建立装甲车换挡缓冲调压系统仿真模型,对系统的非线性特性以及实际工作中油压出现不稳定的情况等进行了仿真研究。结果表明:换挡系统各部件之间互相影响,每一个部件出现故障,最终都会影响换挡油压,其中调压阀出现故障时会导致换挡油压建立时间增加,造成换挡延迟;缓冲阀和液压泵出现故障时,造成换挡油压会偏离正常油压,导致换挡不稳定。
Shift gear buffer of the transmission device plays an important role in the regulating oil pressure and makes the shift smoothly. At present,most researchers have focused on a part of the problem about the shift buffer,such as cushion valve,while few research on the gear shift buffer in the actual operation of the system. In order to prompt the shift smoothly and reduce the chance of the fault and proposed practical solutions,according to the function principle of the shift gear buffer,we firstlyestablished a simulation model of the gear shift buffer,and simulated analysed the nonlinear characteristic and oil pressure untable,ect,based on AMESim. The results show that the components interact with each other,if any component has a problem,it will eventually affect the oil pressure; when the regulating valve has a problem,the time for the change of oil pressure can increase which causes shift delay. When the buffer valve and hydraulic pump have problems,these can cause the shift oil pressure off the normal value,which results in unstable gear shift.
