断层构造应力作用下的回采巷道联合支护技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 以柳树湾煤矿11041工作面运输巷为工程背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟方法,从巷道支护结构受力稳定性和围岩控制稳定效果的角度,分析了断层构造应力作用下的"巷道锚杆+金属网+锚索+钢筋梯子梁"联合支护方案。结合数值模拟和理论计算结果,对现有支护方案及其支护参数进行了调整,确定了科学的支护方案及参数。现场监测结果表明,采用新的支护方案后,顶底板围岩的最大移近量近190mm,两帮围岩的最大移近量202mm,巷道围岩变形呈现出"阶段时递进增长"且在150d到达基本稳定状态,技术经济效益显著。 Based on the conditions of 11041 working face transportation lane of Liushuwan Coal Mine, using FLAC3D numerical simulation method, the " roadway anchor+metal mesh+anchor cable+steel ladder beam" joint support scheme under the action of fault tectonic stress was analyzed from the perspective of the mechanical stability of the roadway supporting structure and the stability effect of surrounding rock control. Combined with numerical simulation and theoretical calculation results, the existing support scheme and its support parameters were adjusted to determine the scientific support scheme and parameters. The onsite monitoring results showed that with the new support scheme, the maximum surrounding rock displacement in roof and floor was nearly 190mm, and the maximum surrounding rock displacement of the ribs was 202 mm. The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway showed a "stage-time progressive growth" trend reaching the stable state at 150d, the technology received significant technical and economic benefits.
