毕节市煤矿瓦斯传感器报警特征统计分析 被引量:2

摘要 结合毕节市煤矿企业2017年以来瓦斯监控数据,针对瓦斯监控的时间、地点、原因进行了统计分析,结果发现:报警次数年度内集中在7、8、9、11月份、一天内集中在8~17时;掘进工作面、采煤工作面是瓦斯浓度最容易超限场所,分别占到报警总次数的49. 7%、27. 6%;传感器故障、井下停风是传感器报警的主要原因,现场放炮、打钻、顶板垮落等施工操作是导致传感器报警的次要原因。根据瓦斯传感器报警的时间、场所、原因特点,提出了煤矿安全监管监察和煤矿企业瓦斯监控管理工作的思路。 According to the data of coal mine gas monitoring since 2017 in Bijie, the time, location and reason of gas monitoring are statistically analyzed. It is found that the number of alarm times is concentrated in July, August, September and November, and from 8a. m to 5p. m; most of the gas overrun happens in the tunneling face and coal mining face, accounting for 49.7% and 27.6% of the total alarm times respectively ; the main reasons for sensor alarm are sensor failure and underground ventilation stop, and the field construction, and the secondary causes comprise blasting, drilling and roof collapse. According to the characteristics of the time, location and reason of gas monitoring alarm, the thought for coal mine safety supervision and coal mine gas monitoring and management is put forward.
