100tRH炉精炼浸渍管非对称腐蚀的数值模拟和应用

摘要 某钢厂100tRH炉存在上升管与下降管非对称腐蚀的问题,下部槽在上升管侧人口处的侵蚀远大于下降管侧出口处的侵蚀,无法满足设计的下部槽与浸渍管更换频率为1:3的要求。本文通过数值模拟,确定了该问题存在的原因是上升管与下降管内钢液的流速差异大所致,采取浸渍管对调等优化措施后,下部槽和浸渍管寿命分别达到333,111炉,第3次浸渍管能与下部槽同步下线,降低了耐材成本。 The corrosion of up-snorkel and down-snorkel in 100 tons RH furnace was unsymmetrical in some domestic steel plant. The corrosion of the inlet side of up-snorkel would be much greater than that of the outlet side of down-snorkel, which could not meet the designed demand of the replacement frequency. The replacement frequency of the bottom slot and the snorkel was designed at 1:3. The reason for the problem was found out through numerical simulation in this paper. The problem was caused by the big difference in the flow velocity of molten steel between the up-snorkel and the down-snorkel. In view of this, the optimization measures were carried out, and also the effective results were achieved.. After adopting the optimization measure such as snorkel swap, the service lives of the bottom slot and the snorkel were up to 333 heats and 111 heats respectively. The third snorkel could be synchronized offline with the first bottom slot, which absolutely reduced the cost of refractory materials.
