摘要
某酸轧生产线是国内少有的生产宽幅汽车板的生产线。在生产高强汽车板时,尤其是微合金化高强钢,厚度存在严重振荡,振幅最大达到100μm,严重影响生产稳定及产品质量。针对厚度振荡的问题,研究了该酸轧生产线AGC系统,搭建了AGC(MF—AGC)控制模型,采用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件,对第1机架出口厚度的动静态过程进行了仿真分析,得出MF—AGC控制参数对消除厚度振荡的影响规律。
A certain PL-TCM is one of the few production lines for wide automobile steel sheet in China. In the production of high strength automobile steel sheet, especially microalloyed high strength steel, serious thickness fluctuation occurred, and the maximum amplitude reached 100 μm, which seriously affected the production stability and product quality. Aiming at the problem of thickness fluctuation, the AGC system of the PL-TCM was studied, and the control model of AGC (MF-AGC) was developed. The dynamic and static process of the exit thickness of the first stand was simulated and analyzed by using Matlab/Simulink simulation software. The influence law of MF- AGC control parameters on the thickness fluctuation was obtained.
