摘要
目的:研究红花注射液对肾缺血再灌注损伤(RIRI)大鼠血清ICAM-1水平的变化,探讨红花注射液对RIRI的保护机制。方法:将30只大鼠随机分为假手术组、RIRI模型组和红花注射液剂量组(150 mg/kg),每天免疫球蛋白给药1次,连续2周。观察各组大鼠血清中细胞间黏附因子1(ICAM-1)、肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)等的变化。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠血清中Cr、BUN、MDA、ICAM-1明显升高,GSH明显降低,有显著性差异(P <0.05),与模型组比较,用药各组大鼠血清Cr、BUN、MDA、ICAM-1明显降低,GSH明显升高,有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论:红花注射液可能通过减少氧化应激的激活,减少血清ICAM-1水平,从而发挥对RIRI的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the efcacy of the Honghua injection ( 红花注射液 ) on expression of ICAM-1 in rats with ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: 30 SD rats were randomly divided into the sham group, model group, and the Honghua injection group. ICAM-1, Cr, BUN and MDA were observed. Results: Compared with the sham group, Cr, BUN, MDA and ICAM-1 were significantly increased in the model group and the Honghua injection group, and GSH was significantly decreased, with significant diferences (P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, Cr, BUN,MDA and ICAM-1 were signifcantly decreased in the Honghua injection group, and GSH was significantly increased, with significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Honghua injection can reduce the serum ICAM-1 level by reducing the activation of oxidative stress and thus exert the protective efect on RIRI.
